Expert Tip: What is Mezcal? How it works, different types of Mezcal

Expert Tip: Swipe rim with another lime wedge and dip in pink sugar. Freeze Peeps and cut them so they won't rip. A splash of DaVinci Gourmet Grenadine Syrup adds color without overpowering the classic taste of a coconutty margarita.
Expert Tip: For an added punch of flavor, pour reposado instead of blanco tequila. Reposado actually means “rested” in Spanish and refers to how the tequila relaxes and matures inside the barrel. The liquid will take on some of the flavors of the wood as it turns a honey-like amber color as opposed to blanco being clear in color.
