Create Spooktacular Candy-Infused Cocktails

Add Halloween LTOs to your Menu with Candy Cocktails

Before during and after Halloween, we are inundated with candy, candy and more candy. Why not infuse the candy in blanco tequila to add a spooky and delicious twist to your cocktail menu?

Different types of candy will bring out different tastes in candy-inspired cocktails. Whether you want a tart flavor from sour gummy candy or something more on the sweet side, there are plenty of ways to create unique and delicious candy cocktails. Our team tried a variety of candy, including;

  • Jolly Ranchers
  • Sour Patch Kids
  • Starbursts
  • Sour Gummy Worms
  • Candy Corn

Once dissolved, you can mix the tequila with Island Oasis Margarita Mix for a quick and easy spooktacular candy cocktail. If the candy does not completely dissolve, strain the tequila before use.

You can add as much candy as you choose, and you can also mix-and-match the flavors of each candy or stick to one flavor. For example, for the jolly ranchers, we only used green apple rather than infusing all the flavors into the tequila.

The watermelon Jolly Rancher makes a delicious margarita. Like spice? Add a few muddled jalapenos or a splash of DaVinci Gourmet Habanero Syrup.

Spicy Spooktacular Margarita

1/2 oz DaVinci Gourmet Habanero Syrup (or muddled jalapeno)
2 oz Candy infused tequila
3 oz Island Oasis Margarita Mix
3 oz Water (to dilute mixture)

Instructions: Mix all the ingredients together and pour over ice. You can add Tajin to the rim of the glass for added spice. Garnish with jalapeno wheels. (Serving size: 16 oz)
