Peanut Butter Cookie Shaken Latte


Espresso, DaVinci Gourmet Brown Sugar and Peanut Butter Syrups are poured into a shaker cup and shaken until well blended, then poured into a tall glass rimmed with peanut butter and crushed peanut butter cookies, then topped with a mixture of oat milk and DaVinci Sweet Cream.

Yield: 1 drink

Ingredients:

1 tsp. Peanut butter
1 Ea. Peanut butter cookie, crushed
1 cup Ice
3 shots Prepared espresso
¾ oz. DaVinci Gourmet Brown Sugar Syrup
1 tsp. DaVinci Gourmet Chocolate Peanut Butter Syrup
1/3 cup Oat milk
½ oz. DaVinci Gourmet Sweet Cream Creamer

Instructions:

Step 1  Rim a pint-sized glass with peanut butter and peanut butter cookie crumbs and set aside. 
Step 2  Combine the ice, espresso, brown sugar and chocolate peanut butter syrups in a shaker cup. 
Step 3  Cover and shake mixture until combined.  Pour mixture into the rimmed glass.
Step 4  Combine the oat milk and sweet cream in a small cup.  Whip with a milk frother until thick.  Spoon the mixture on top of the glass and serve.
