Ingredients:
4 oz. Oregon Chai Slightly Sweet Chai Tea Latte Concentrate
½ oz. DaVinci Gourmet Grenadine Syrup
1 cup Ice
3 oz. Sparkling red grape juice
Instructions:
Step 1 Rim a champagne flute by dipping the rim into a small plate of grenadine syrup, then into a plate of the mixed sugars.
Step 2 Combine slightly sweet chai concentrate, grenadine syrup, and ice in a cocktail mixing glass. Strain mixture halfway up into a champagne flute. Pour grape juice to the top and serve.
Extra Twist: This drink can be converted to a chai seltzer by substituting flavored seltzers for the sparkling red grape juice.
