Ingredients:
10 oz. Cold water
⅓ cup Big Train Dragonfly Mango Drink Mix
¼ cup Prepared boba pearls
½ oz. DaVinci Gourmet Caramel Syrup
1 ½ cups Ice
½ cup Milk or cream
Instructions:
Step 1 Combine the water and mango mix in a shaker cup. Shake until smooth. Set aside.
Step 2 Prepare caramel cold foam by frothing milk and caramel syrup in an electric milk frother on a cold setting. You can also use a handheld battery-operated frother for this step. Froth until thick and creamy.
Step 3 Spoon boba pearls with syrup into a 20-ounce glass or cup. Top with ice.
Step 4 Pour the reserved mango mixture over ice. Spoon the prepared cold foam on top of the drink and serve with a boba straw.
Note: This drink can be topped with whipped cream rather than cold foam. The mango mix can be blended with ice if desired.
