Ingredients:
½ cup Tapioca pearls, cooked and cooled in water
1 oz. DaVinci Gourmet Hazelnut Syrup
2 tsp. DaVinci Gourmet Chocolate Sauce
1 tsp. Toasted coconut
1 cup Ice
5 oz. Water
⅓ cup Big Train Dragonfly Green Tea Blended Crème Mix
¼ cup Chocolate popping boba pearls
Instructions:
Step 1 Combine cooked tapioca pearls and Hazelnut Syrup in a small bowl. Toss to coat. Set aside.
Step 2 Rim the edge of a snifter with the chocolate sauce and toasted coconut. Spread remaining chocolate sauce onto inside of glass.
Step 3 Add syrup and pearls to the bottom of the snifter.
Step 4 Combine the ice, water, and Dragonfly Green Tea Blended Crème Mix to a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into snifter over pearls.
Step 5 Spoon popping boba on top and serve with a half-sized boba straw.
