The Mango Ice Cream Affogato, a creamy blend of frozen Island Oasis Ice Cream and Mango Mixes, rimmed with caramel frosting and chopped pistachios, topped with espresso and Caramel Pecan cold foam, offers a refreshing fusion of tropical sweetness and rich coffee flavors.

Ingredients:
¼ cup Island Oasis Ice Cream Frozen Beverage Mix
1 oz. Island Oasis Mango Frozen Beverage Mix
1 tsp. Caramel frosting
1 tsp. Roasted and salted pistachios, finely chopped
¼ cup Skim milk
¼ oz. DaVinci Gourmet Caramel Pecan Syrup
2 oz. Prepared espresso
Instructions:
Step 1 Combine ice cream and mango mixes in a straight sided coffee mug. Wrap a glass smaller than the interior diameter of the coffee mug with plastic wrap.
Step 2 Submerge the plastic wrapped glass into the mango ice cream mixture until the liquid comes just below the rim of the mug. Place the mug on a small baking sheet and transfer to a freezer. Freeze at least 4 hours or until ice cream is firm.
Step 3 Remove the smaller glass and plastic wrap from inside the coffee mug. Rim the coffee mug with the frosting and chopped pistachios.
Step 4 Make the cold foam by whipping the milk and Caramel Pecan Syrup with a handheld milk frother until thick and foamy..
Step 5 Pour the espresso into the ice cream lined mug. Top with cold foam and serve.
Extra Twist: Mix things up by using different flavors of Island Oasis mixes, such as Strawberry, Wildberry, or Piña Colada.
