Ingredients:
1 cup Ice
1 ½ oz. Vanilla Vodka
½ oz. DaVinci Gourmet Egg Nog Syrup
¼ oz. DaVinci Gourmet Peppermint Syrup
½ oz. Chocolate liqueur
¼ oz. DaVinci Gourmet Sweet Cream Creamer, optional
1 ea. Chocolate wafer cookie for garnish, optional
Instructions:
Step 1 Combine ice, vodka, Egg Nog and Peppermint syrups and chocolate liqueur in a cocktail mixing glass. Cover and shake for 20-30 seconds. Set aside.
Step 2 Prepare glass by spreading chocolate sauce on the inside of a rocks glass. Fill with crushed ice.
Step 3 Strain prepared cocktail into the glass of crushed ice. Drizzle sweet cream on top and garnish with a chocolate cookie and a sprig of mint, if desired.
Extra Twist: Switch up the flavors by substituting the peppermint syrup with DaVinci Gourmet Caramel Pecan or Hazelnut syrups. You can also serve it as a martini by straining the mixture into a chilled martini or coupe glass.
