This recipe features steamed milk mixed with premium Big Train White Chocolate Blended Ice Coffee Beverage Mix and a hint of DaVinci Gourmet syrups.

Ingredients:
1 cup Heavy whipping cream, chilled
1 oz. DaVinci Gourmet Rose Syrup
8 oz. Steamed milk
3 Tbsp. Big Train White Chocolate Latte Mix
¼ oz. DaVinci Gourmet White Chocolate Syrup
¼ oz. DaVinci Gourmet Red Velvet Syrup
Pink and silver coarse sugar for dusting, optional
Instructions:
Step 1 Combine whipping cream and rose syrup in a whipped cream dispenser. Screw on top and tighten. Charge with an N2O charger. Shake dispenser 3-4 times. Chill until needed.
Step 2 Combine milk, latte mix, white chocolate syrup, and red velvet syrup in a milk steaming pitcher. Steam until hot and thickened. Pour into a large coffee cup or mug.
Step 3 Top with chilled whipped rose cream and sprinkle with coarse sugar if desired. Serve.
Extra Twist: For a different flavor (and color), try substituting DaVinci Gourmet Lavender Syrup for the Rose Syrup and replacing the Red Velvet Syrup with DaVinci Gourmet Blueberry or Boysenberry Syrup.
