Yield: 20 oz. beverage
Ingredients:
½ cup Big Train Taro Drink Mix
1 ½ cup Ice
5 oz. Water
1 tbsp. Heavy cream
2 tbsp. Big Train Vanilla Bean Drink Mix
1 tbsp. DaVinci Gourmet Caramel Sauce
1 tbsp. Blueberry popping boba
½ cup Whipped cream
Instructions:
Step 1 Combine ice, taro drink mix, and water in a blender. Blend until smooth. Set aside.
Step 2 In a small bowl, combine heavy cream and vanilla bean drink mix. Stir until it reaches the consistency of a thick paste. Spread the mix on the inside of a 20-ounce glass or cup. Drizzle the caramel sauce around the inside edge of the glass and let it drip down the cup.
Step 3 Top with whipped cream, and spoon blueberry boba on top. Drizzle with additional caramel sauce, if desired. Serve with a boba straw.
Note: The vanilla bean paste can be made in larger quantities and stored in a container in the refrigerator until needed. This drink can be served over ice.
Blend, pour and serve.
