Up the cinnamon factor in your favorite chai with this boozy take on the classic cinnamon & sugar flavor combo.
Ingredients:
1.5 cups Ice
1 oz. Spiced rum
1 oz. Oregon Chai Extra Spicy Chai Tea Concentrate
2 oz. RumChata or Irish Cream Liquor
Cinnamon (garnish)
Sugar (garnish)
Cocoa powder (garnish)
Salted caramel (garnish)
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a shaker cup. Shake until well blended. Strain into a martini glass rimmed with cinnamon, sugar and cocoa powder. Garnish with a salted caramel.
