Ingredients:
10 oz. Water
⅔ cup Big Train Dragonfly Taro Drink Mix
1 shot Espresso
1½ cups Ice
¼ cup Prepared boba pearls
Instructions:
Step 1 Combine milk and Big Train Taro in a shaker cup. Shake until smooth.
Step 2 Spoon boba pearls into a 20-ounce glass or cup. Top with ice.
Step 3 Pour the prepared taro mixture over ice.
Step 4 Slowly pour espresso on top. Serve with a boba straw.
Note: For a stronger espresso flavor, top with a double shot of espresso. If a blended version is desired, reduce milk to 5 oz. and combine with Taro Mix and ice in a blender. Top with whipped cream for a more decadent option.
