Hot and Spicy chicken wings served with fresh celery, carrots, and cucumber.
For dipping, we recommend Blue Cheese, Ranch, Sweet Chili Garlic Sauce, Avocado Crema

Chicken Wings


Prepare batter using Hot & Spicy by adding dry mix to water in a ratio of 2 parts water to 1 part Hot & Spicy and mix well
Place one or two inches of dry Hot & Spicy in a half pan
Dredge chicken wings in prepared batter and allow to drain slightly
Place chicken wings in dry Hot & Spicy, cover and work breading into chicken to create an extra crispy texture
Fry until internal temperature reaches 165 F
