The Big Hawaiian

Shake off those winter blues and dress up a classic cold brew with some tastes from the Islands. 


1 cup Ice
5 oz. Milk (macadamia, almond, oat or dairy)
4 oz. Cold brew coffee
1 oz. DaVinci Hawaiian Salted Caramel Syrup
.5 oz. DaVinci Gourmet Macadamia Nut Syrup
DaVinci Gourmet Caramel Sauce (garnish)
Crushed Macadamia Nuts (garnish)
Shortbread cookie (optional garnish)


Pour milk and syrups into a pint-sized glass. Stir well, then add ice to 3/4 full. Add coffee. Top with whipped cream. Drizzle caramel sauce on top. Garnish with crushed macadamia nuts and a shortbread cookie.
