The Sunset Punch combines the sweet and tangy flavors of pineapple and sour mix with subtle notes of bourbon and apricot for the perfect summer sip.
Ingredients:
½ oz. DaVinci Gourmet Vanilla Syrup
1 oz. Island Oasis Sour Mix
1 oz. Bourbon
.75 Apricot Liqueur
1 oz. Pineapple
1 oz. Egg White
Garnish: Key lime crown and fresh raspberry
Garnish: Bubble Blaster citrus bubble
Instructions:
Combine egg white and pineapple juice and shake without ice, until foam builds. Add remaining ingredients with ice and shake. Strain into coupe glass and garnish. Finish with bubble if desired.
