Charred Poblano Margarita Salsa


Use your leftover margarita mix for the complimentary salsa


6 tomatillo husks removed and halved
2 poblano chilis (halved and seeded)
1 bunch scallions trimmed
vegetable oil for drizzling
salt and black pepper
1/4 C tequila
1/2t chile powder
3 oz. Island Oasis Margarita Mix



2 cups of salsa


Broil tomatillos, chilies and scallions on a lined baking sheet. Drizzle with oil 5 minutes per side or until charred. Add charred veggies to blender and add remaining ingredients. Add salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate overnight and serve with tortilla chips or over tacos.
