Ingredients:
4 ounces Island Oasis Shelf Stable Strawberry Mix
6–8 fresh mint leaves
1 fresh lime wedge, cut in half
3 ounces Fresca or similar grapefruit flavored carbonated soda
1 cup crushed ice
Instructions:
Step 1 Add strawberry mix, mint leaves, and lime to a pint-sized glass. Muddle to release oils.
Step 2 Top with crushed ice and Fresca (or similar).
Step 3 Garnish with a fresh strawberry slice and a sprig of mint & Enjoy!
Extra Twist:
Make it an adult beverage by adding vodka, clear rum, or tequila before muddling.
