Yield: 20 oz. beverage
Ingredients:
8 oz. Whole milk
2 oz. Oregon Chai Salted Caramel Concentrate
1 ⅓ cup Big Train Thai Tea Drink Mix
1 ¼ oz. DaVinci Gourmet Hawaiian Salted Caramel Syrup
1 Tbsp. Molasses
1 Tbsp. Sweetened condensed milk
¼ cup Prepared boba pearls
1 ½ cup Ice
½ cup Whipped cream (optional)
Instructions:
Step 1 Add milk, salted caramel chai, Thai powdered mix, and syrup to a blender.
Step 2 Blend until smooth. Set aside.
Step 3 Drizzle sweetened condensed milk around the inside of the glass and let it drip down.
Step 4 Drizzle sweetened condensed milk around the inside of the glass and let it drip down.
Step 5 Spoon boba pearls with syrup into the bottom of the glass.
Step 6 Add ice to your prepared glass, then pour the blended mixture over the ice.
Step 7 Top with whipped cream (optional) and serve with a boba straw.
Expert tip: You can substitute your favorite Big Train mix for the Thai tea to create a new drink.
